Add the butter and vanilla extract and blend together
Add the water in slowly until it becomes a dough
Spread the dough into a 12-inch tart pan and then bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
After the crust completely cools, spread the Mediterranean Organic Peach Apricot Preserves and add raspberries and almonds if desired; bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown
