Orange Marmalade Glaze

Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup - Mediterranean Organic Orange Marmalade
1 tablespoon - water or vodka (Vodka will give more of a shine to your glaze)
1 teaspoon - lemon juice
Directions:
minutes- In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together the Mediterranean Organic Orange Marmalade with either water or vodka and lemon juice.
- Constantly stir until the glaze is at a boil then reduce heat.
- Spread the glaze over your homemade cake, pastry, or dessert and let it sit & cool
